Pipelox Pipe Joints
Joinlox's pipe joining system - Pipelox - can be used for any larger diameter metric, rural, mining, slurry, gas or water mains piping applications.
The patented Pipelox range incorporates all of the benefits of the Joinlox technology to a wide range of pipe joining and fittings applications and is suitable for permanent or temporary installations.
ZipaTank - Xstrata Technology Modular Slurry Tanks
Joinlox enabled modular steel storage and mixing tanks are delivering industry-changing solutions to the mining and mineral processing markets.
Joinlox licensees, global mining and mineral processing equipment leaders Xstrata Technology, have incorporated the Joinlox system in their range of mineral processing tanks and vessels. Allowing rapid modular construction up to 20mm steel, and cutting plant construction costs and slashing months off commissioning lead times.
Wear Plates & Screening Panels
Down time and scheduled maintenance is a necessity, but by utilizing the rapid installation and change-out advantages of the Joinlox technology, the down time and labour costs for replacing wear plates, chutes and screen panels can be reduced considerably.
Securing the modular systems into place is often achieved in seconds per panel. This is achieved by Joinloxís unique locking system that requires a one step process to lock the joints and the panels into place.
RetroLox - Retrofit Pipe Flange Joints
Designed specifically to be fitted over existing flanged pipe joints, the RetroLox joints allow the user to replace time-consuming bolts with a rapid, lock/unlock system.
Ideal for supply, tailings or slurry lines, the RetroLox system allows easy, rapid release of pipe joints for either in-situ scheduled pipe rotation or relocation. Therefore making it the ideal solution for almost any materials handling hose, wear resistant steel, polyethylene or rubber pipe including wear lined ceramic, NBSC, RBSC, polyurethane, rubber lined or cast iron pipe.
CycLox - Cyclones
Installation and Cyclone segment change-out times are drastically reduced by incorporating the Joinlox rapid joints into hydrocyclone or heavy-media cyclone designs to replace traditional bolted flanges or threaded clamps.
Operating performance and efficiency of cyclone separation equipment has improved significantly in recent years with tighter cut-point precision delivering higher recoveries. Capital cost decisions are calculated on these performance improvements, but for any fine or coarse media applications, component wear and service costs over the life of the cyclones often multiply to become far greater than the initial equipment costs.
