Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

You may want to take the virtually prototyped part and present it to your production, marketing, services or sales teams to get their buy-in for the change to Joinlox. Our experienced design team can ensure accurate load case definition, effective interpretation and analysis of results. Our team can supply meaningful three-dimensional drawings and animations of your parts in an assembly, use or servicing context. The Joinlox team can test and optimise products, sub-assemblies, components and their joints.

Rapid prototyping

Sometimes a virtual part or assembly is not enough. You may want to touch and feel the joint or component, assemble and disassemble it and show it to users or customers. Depending on the part size we can produce full-size or scale models out of materials that approximate the properties of the your final parts. This helps to secure the buy-in from your stakeholders.
